Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cannelure/rolling machines for fastener production.
• Select and install proper tooling, dies, and rollers based on job requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specs.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings for quality and efficiency.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure tolerances are met.
• Perform routine quality checks and document results.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain production counts and downtime records.
• Assist with changeovers and basic preventative maintenance.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

A great company in the Ola area is looking for Cannelures Operators for a fastener manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical experience who enjoys working in a hands-on production environment.

Schedule:There is a $0.50 shift differential for night shift

Friday - Sunday 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM
