This full-time role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and adherence to SOPs and state regulations. You will collaborate with multiple teams to keep production flowing and maintain safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, receiving, or inventory.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Willing to learn facility equipment safely.
• Good time management and multitasking.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Age 21+ and ability to register with state cannabis commission.
• Comply with industry laws and policies.

Responsibilities

• File completed and signed packing and delivery documents.
• Update order statuses in the sales system.
• Create and finalize invoices for shipments.
• Provide COA, manifests, and invoices to accounts.
• Identify and correct product labels and packing slips before shipment.
• Perform inventory transfers in the traceability software.
• Monitor quality control per state/local laws.
• Support cultivation, harvest, and production teams as needed.
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain a safe workplace.
