Job summary

Mammoth Distribution in North Hollywood, CA is hiring a Fulfillment Supervisor to lead our pick-and-pack warehouse team, ensuring order accuracy and daily output stay on track. This people‑first leadership role builds an engaged, compliant crew while turning chaos into process.

You will coach and develop staff, maintain a current skills matrix, own KPI reporting, and drive improvements across fulfillment operations.

Qualifications

2+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics (cannabis experience a plus).
Demonstrated success coaching and developing team members.
2+ years of experience with WMS or ERP systems for inventory tracking and fulfillment.
Strong operational judgment across order picking accuracy, time management, and compliance.
Highly communicative, people-first leadership style with accountability.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse pick-and-pack fulfillment team to maintain an engaged and compliant crew.
Maintain a current skills matrix so every role has documented backups.
Drive cutoff holds and reduce order/mispack errors week over week.
Report daily output vs. plan and propose solutions when off plan.
Own and report a defined Fulfillment KPI end-to-end with no upward deferral.
