Job summary

Stash Ventures is seeking a cannabis trimmer to manicure dry marijuana flower to company standards at our Owosso, MI facility. You will weigh, label, and package as needed, while adhering to state regulations and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain proper badging as required by state law.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet productivity and performance requirements.
• Demonstrates high attention to detail.
• Previous Cannabis related experience not necessary, but is a plus.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work in a highly regulated environment.
• Knowledge of cannabis industry equipment and OSHA standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trimmers are primarily responsible for the efficient processing of marijuana flower.
• Must work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity.
• Must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana being trimmed, adjusting techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.
• Must maintain a clean and organized work environment to avoid contaminating product.
• Must be able to accurately weigh the trimmed flower.
• Able to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
