Job summary

Parallel, operating NETA in Franklin, MA, is seeking a Trim Technician 1 to support the Harvest Department by wet trimming 15-25 plants daily and assisting with dry trimming and related tasks. You will work a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule with a team of 8–16, in a fast-paced cannabis production environment.

Qualifications

• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Ability to focus and be task oriented.
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Must be 21 years or older; HS diploma or equivalent; valid photo ID.

Responsibilities

• Follow NETA policies and state medical marijuana regulations.
• Adhere to weekly production requirements set by Supervisor.
• Wet trimming 15-30 cannabis plants per day and assist with related tasks.
• Work with a team of 8-16 Trim Technician 1s daily.
• Maintain quality, cleanliness, and organized work area.
• Maintain time/attendance and other conduct requirements.
