Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Cannabis Stocker responsible for stocking products, managing inventory, and supporting the dispensary’s daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will move products from the upstairs vault to the sales floor, monitor stock levels, replenish bins, run daily deal bins, and use Dutchie and Monday.com to track inventory and coordinate with Packaging Management. Strong teamwork and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience handling fast-paced retail inventory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move products from the upstairs vault to the sales floor for restocking.
• Monitor stock levels and address issues to maintain inventory availability.
• Assist with inventory management and replenishment of products.
• Keep the sales floor well-stocked with diverse strains and types.
• Regularly replenish daily deal bins throughout the day until sold out.
• Use the Dutchie POS system and Monday.com to manage inventory and coordinate with Packaging Management, and support product audits as needed.
• Engage proactively with customers and staff, maintaining a high level of service.

The Cannabis Stocker will be responsible for the smooth and efficient stocking of products, managing inventory, and supporting the overall operational needs of the dispensary. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods, able to handle physical tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently move products from the upstairs vault to the sales floor, ensuring timely and organized restocking.
• Monitor stock levels and address any issues to maintain optimal inventory availability.
• Help with inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and replenishment of products.
• Keep the sales floor well-stocked with a variety of products, ensuring that all bins are filled with diverse strains and types.
• Regularly check and replenish daily deal bins throughout the day until products are sold out.
• Utilize the POS system (Dutchie) and Monday.com to manage inventory, communicate with Packaging Management about low or out-of-stock items, and support product audits as needed.
• Engage proactively with both customers and staff, maintaining a high level of service and team collaboration.
