Job summary

Lazy River Products is seeking a Social Media & Marketing Specialist to lead our digital presence for the PETiva product line. You will own social channels from ground up, with emphasis on Instagram and Facebook, and grow alongside a growing cannabis brand.

You will spend 75% on content creation, video work, on-camera appearances, and influencer relations; 25% on collateral design and promotional email alignment.

Qualifications

• Cannabis social media/marketing experience (2–4 years) required or strong portfolio.
• Experience in highly regulated industries a major plus (cannabis, etc.).
• Massachusetts cannabis industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shoot, edit, publish high-quality daily content for Instagram and Facebook.
• Manage influencer relationships and outreach; coordinate budgets and contracts.
• Plan and execute cross-promotional campaigns with vendors and brands.
• Track monthly performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Create digital and physical marketing assets and align social content with email promotions.
• Ensure compliance with MA cannabis advertising regulations and platform policies.
