Lazy River Products, LLC seeks a Social Media & Marketing Specialist to build and manage our digital presence for Lazy River Products and PETiva lines. You will own our social channels, focusing on daily Instagram and Facebook activity, with plans to expand as strategy and audience grow.

You will shoot and edit video content, manage influencer relationships, and analyze performance data, spending 75% of time on social media and 25% on broader marketing collateral and email promotions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of cannabis social media/marketing experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating content creation and audience growth.
• Experience in regulated industries (cannabis/alcohol/finance) is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Brand Representation: Shoot, edit, and publish daily content for Instagram and Facebook; be a on-camera face for the brand.
• Influencer & Partnership Management: Source and manage creators and cannabis influencers; assist with budgets and contracts.
• Collaborative Campaigns: Plan and execute cross-promotional campaigns with brand partners.
• Data Analysis: Track performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
• Marketing Support: Design digital assets and align content with email promotions.
• Compliance & Consistency: Adhere to Massachusetts cannabis advertising regulations and platform policies.
