Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture, Agronomy, Agriculture or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in seed-grown crop production, including crop management and trials.
• 2+ years of cannabis/hemp industry experience.
• Intermediate familiarity with Google Suite, trial data collection tools, and project management tools.
• Strong agronomy/horticulture knowledge across indoor, greenhouse, and outdoor environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical cultivation support for customer growers, in-field and remote.
• Develop and deliver customer and internal training and technical collateral.
• Capture, analyze, and communicate product performance data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Quality and CS teams.
• Represent Phylos at industry events and build external relationships.
