Jushi's Security Manager leads enterprise security across retail, cultivation, and manufacturing sites, shaping risk programs, preventing losses, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will oversee guard services, investigations, and technology systems while aligning with enterprise goals.

This role requires strong leadership, governance, and collaboration with HR, Compliance, and operations. Travel up to 50% and flexibility for odd hours, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or Business Administration; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in security management or asset protection, multi-site experience preferred.
• Cannabis, retail or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
• Proven success managing guard programs, investigations, and budgets.
• Expertise in physical security systems, access control, and surveillance.

Responsibilities

• Lead security operations across assigned state(s) and facilities.
• Develop strategies to reduce shrink and deter theft.
• Oversee investigations and maintain confidentiality.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and incident documentation.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and Law Enforcement as needed.
