Job summary

Jushi seeks a Security Manager to lead enterprise security and asset protection across retail, cultivation, and manufacturing facilities. You will drive risk management, regulatory compliance, and a culture of prevention while overseeing guard services, investigations, and technology systems.

Responsibilities include reducing shrink, guiding field loss prevention programs, and coordinating with HR, Compliance, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or Business Administration preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of security management, asset protection, or multi-site experience.
• Cannabis, retail, or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
• Proven success managing guard programs, investigations, and budgets.
• Expertise in physical security systems, access control and surveillance platforms.
• Strong analytical, investigative, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security and asset protection operations within assigned state(s).
• Develop strategies to reduce shrink, deter theft, and protect high-value inventory.
• Conduct loss trend analysis and partner with Retail Ops and Finance for root causes.
• Drive field loss prevention programs emphasizing compliance and service.
• Ensure compliance with cannabis security regs and Jushi policies on surveillance and access.
• Lead investigations, maintain confidentiality, and document steps and outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR and Compliance to align investigations with policy and law.
• Liaise with law enforcement on active investigations when needed.
• Define security initiatives with SVP Security Ops and Director of Security.
• Develop training, dashboards, and enterprise standards; evaluate new tech.
• Oversee guard services, post inspections, and vendor performance metrics.
• Forecast expenses for guard services, technology, investigations, and repairs.
• Travel up to 50% to assigned sites; may require night/weekend work.
