Job summary

US Cannalytics is seeking a Sampling Agent to travel across New Jersey, collecting medical and adult-use cannabis samples from licensed grower and processor facilities. The role requires strict aseptic technique, precise documentation, and secure transport of samples to the laboratory.

Responsibilities include completing chain-of-custody forms, performing compliant sampling, and maintaining inventory and field kits.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid driver's license required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of customer service experience preferred.
Must meet NJ cannabis employment eligibility requirements.
Reliable transportation available.

Responsibilities

Travel daily to licensed NJ grower/processor facilities to collect cannabis samples.
Perform random and representative compliance sampling of cannabis products.
Use aseptic techniques to maintain sample integrity.
Complete chain-of-custody forms and electronic documentation with GDP.
Ensure secure and timely transfer of samples to the laboratory.
Assist with laboratory intake, accessioning, and inventory documentation.
Adapt to varying daily schedules based on client needs and routes.
Maintain attention to detail and professionalism in a fast-paced setting.
Communicate with clients and inform Laboratory Management of any issues.
Keep field kits and transport vehicles clean and organized.
