Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.
• 2-3 years in retail/hospitality management.
• Open availability: mornings, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in leading the retail team and overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Foster teamwork and motivate coworkers; promote a culture of professionalism.
• Train and mentor staff; develop a high performing team.
• Set and exceed sales targets; analyze performance data and adjust strategies.
• Oversee inventory control and cash handling; ensure accuracy and security.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and product knowledge in every interaction.
