STIIIZY Inc. invites a dedicated retail manager to join our California team.

You will partner with the General Manager to lead the daily operation of the dispensary, motivate staff, and deliver outstanding customer service while upholding our brand standards. This position emphasizes inventory control, cash handling, compliance with local and state laws, and driving sales targets through exceptional team leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.
• 2-3 years in retail/hospitality management.
• Open availability: mornings, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire retail team; oversee day-to-day operations.
• Train and mentor staff; foster high-performance culture.
• Drive sales targets; analyze performance metrics.
• Manage inventory control and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with General Manager on goals and delegation.
• Maintain compliance with local/state regulations.
• Oversee scheduling and store meetings; ensure team cohesion.
