STIIIZY is seeking a full-time Retail Manager to lead the store team in California. The role emphasizes teamwork, strong customer service, and operational excellence in a fast-growing cannabis retail environment.

You will mentor staff, manage daily operations, and drive sales while ensuring compliance and a high standard of service. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in retail management, be eligible to work in the U.S., and possess solid computer skills including MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.
• Open availability: able to work mornings, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
