Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Store Manager in Texas to lead the store’s financial success and operational excellence, aligning the team with Curaleaf’s mission, vision, and values. You will attract, onboard, and develop top talent, drive sales, manage payroll, and maintain compliance with state regulations while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role requires versatile leadership across merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention, with 10%–25% travel and the ability to work nights

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceed performance goals.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams with mentorship and succession planning.
• Strong communication across all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional customer service with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Open to giving and receiving feedback, and capable of managing change.
• Oversight of store operations including merchandising, financial management, and loss prevention.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance at state level.
• Direct supervisory responsibilities including hiring, evaluations, and development.

Responsibilities

• Empower your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and exceeding KPIs.
• Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team by setting clear goals and expectations.
• Train, mentor, and develop your team, leveraging individual strengths and fostering growth opportunities.
• Accurately forecast payroll to optimize productivity while meeting sales targets.
• Oversee P&L, drive revenue growth, and improve store efficiency.
• Stay ahead of business trends and share insights with leadership to refine strategies.
• Ensure operational excellence by delegating tasks, upholding brand messaging and standards.
• Create urgency and adaptability within the team to respond to retail shifts.
• Protect assets by adhering to safety, inventory control, and loss prevention measures.
• Analyze trends, manage stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock, and ensure efficient inventory management.
• Travel required: 10% - 25%.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
