Qualifications

• 1–2 years in the cannabis industry.
• Leadership background with large teams a plus.
• Experience in sales preferred.
• Must be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 25+ team members, ensuring upselling and inventory duties are completed.
• Coach the team on sales performance and location metrics.
• Oversee inventory and shrink reduction through proper scanning processes.
• Manage daily store openings/closings, cash handling, and POS operations.
