Qualifications

• 2+ years in security or similar role.
• Must be 21+ years old and possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Retail cannabis experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with camera surveillance systems preferred.
• First aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Must pass background checks and comply with cannabis regulations.
• Strong organization, time management and detail orientation.
• Able to follow training and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal and perimeter security.
• Inspect and patrol premises regularly.
• Monitor access points and authorize entry for staff and customers.
• Respond to alarms and act as emergency contact as needed.
• Assist staff and customers and report suspicious activity.
• Ensure compliance with state/local cannabis laws.
