STIIIZY, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking Sales Associates to act as brand ambassadors in our cannabis retail environment, delivering knowledgeable, friendly service and helping customers navigate our product lineup.

This part-time role starts at $20.50 per hour plus tips; the ideal candidate is a team player, available on weekends, and eager to contribute to growth as we expand our California and national footprint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age and high school diploma required.
• Open availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform cash handling with a POS system.
• Ability to promote a positive working environment and embody company values.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on cannabis products based on needs and preferences.
• Create authentic customer relationships to build loyalty.
• Drive sales goals and contribute to store performance metrics.
• Pick & pack orders and operate the point-of-sale system with accuracy.
• Adhere to training, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
