You will handle register transactions, sign guests up for rewards, maintain store standards, assist with inventory, and collaborate with the team to hit daily sales goals. Prior customer service and POS cash experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role.
• At least 6 months of experience using POS systems and handling cash.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Build genuine connections and offer personalized product advice.
• Address concerns professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Encourage guest loyalty by signing up for rewards programs.
• Open/close the store, handle cash, follow procedures and regulations.
• Check IDs, update customer profiles, and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and stock backroom inventory.
• Support inventory tasks and fulfill online orders as needed.
• Aim to meet or beat daily sales goals through upselling and product knowledge.
