Job summary

Main Street Cannabis in Dayton, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations, manage staff scheduling, and drive sales goals. You will assist with training, evaluations, and daily administrative duties to ensure compliance and quality customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• BA/BS degree preferred or an additional 2 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• 2 years experience in retail required; must have at least 1 year of experience in a management role within a retail or customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate store weekly and monthly sales information.
• Assist Store Manager with employee schedules and work hours/vacations.
• Assist with training and development of retail employees.
• Motivate staff to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Assist with employee evaluations and onboarding.
