Job summary

Live-Parallel is seeking a Lead Retail Sales Associate in Merritt Island, FL to own store operations while delivering exceptional service. You will train staff, act as Manager on Duty when needed, and ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.

You will provide customers and caregivers with expert cannabis recommendations, manage patient orders at the POS, and resolve issues to foster loyalty across our brands.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience in Retail or similar customer service-driven setting.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Act as training ambassador for new employee orientation and product launches.
• Serve as Manager on Duty for opening/closing, banking and security tasks.
• Model best-in-class service to exceed customer expectations.
• Provide expert cannabis recommendations and discuss therapy goals, dosing, and methods.
• Participate in patient intake and maintain records with privacy and confidentiality.
• Receive, prepare, and complete patient orders using POS system.
• Resolve customer conflicts to foster loyalty and brand trust.
• Maintain records compliant with Florida regulations and store policies.
