STIIIZY in Pomona, CA is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone. You will greet guests, assist with check-in, and share basic information about products and services while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma is required.
• Open availability to work all required hours, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Must work two weekend days (Fri–Sun) as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, customers, and visitors warmly to create a positive first impression.
• Assist with patient check-in, verify IDs and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide basic information about products, services, and procedures.
• Collaborate with team to promote a positive work environment and company mission.
• Adhere to all company policies, training, and procedures; stay informed on updates.
• Operate POS system and handle currency with accuracy.
