Qualifications

• 1-2 years in the cannabis industry.
• Leadership background with large teams; cannabis leadership a plus.
• Experience in sales preferred.
• Must be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Leadership Responsibilities: Ensuring 25+ Team members are upselling, completing daily inventory responsibilities, and providing a guest experience.
• Sales Expertise: Coaching and giving sales feedback to the team on their shift, encouraging improvement of metrics.
• Inventory Control: Coaching team to scan out products to reduce shrinkage.
• Floor Operations: Manage daily store openings and closings, cash reconciliation, and POS systems, discount codes.
• Compliance: Understanding Florida compliance requirements to confidently walk through state inspections, reducing deficiencies.
