Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Retail Lead to act as an operational extension to the Store Manager. You will help manage the sales floor flow, ensure guests are attended to promptly, and support the shift team with discount codes and lunch coverage.

Responsibilities include leading 25+ team members, coaching on sales metrics, overseeing inventory to reduce shrinkage, managing openings/closings and cash reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with Florida state inspections.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in the cannabis industry.
• Experience leading large teams; cannabis leadership is a plus.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead 25+ team members, coaching and driving sales metrics.
• Coach team on sales performance and location metrics.
• Oversee inventory control to reduce shrinkage.
• Manage floor operations: openings/closings, cash reconciliation, POS.
• Ensure compliance with Florida cannabis regulations and inspections.
