Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Customer Specialist to provide superior service on the sales floor, assist customers, and support daily store operations in a compliant cannabis environment.

Responsibilities include delivering friendly service, maintaining an organized appearance, training peers, operating POS, and ensuring compliance with BCC, State and City regulations. Must be 21+, with 1 year retail customer service experience; cannabis experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Must pass a federal background check via Live scan in certain markets.
• Experience in highly regulated businesses is desirable.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Previous cannabis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging customers during sales.
• Maintain store environment and assist in product placement and merchandising.
• Assist in training and development of peers and communicate department insights to supervisors.
• Operate POS systems accurately and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
