Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Detail oriented with ability to follow instructions and organize work.
• MED badge required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all intake forms and paperwork are completed and filed; enter information into company databases.
• Confirm patient purchase limits prior to admission into consultation area and dispensary.
• Provide exceptional customer care and promote positive customer relations.
• Respond to calls or emails from customers requesting product, training, and information.
• Manage patient records using state and company databases; update databases as needed.
• Fulfill customer orders and assist with product promotions.
• Promote and sell all products while maintaining integrity and trust in the brands.
