State of Michigan, Cannabis Regulatory Agency, is seeking Regulation Agents to conduct investigations into marijuana-related licensing compliance across the state. You will interview witnesses, gather evidence, and perform field inspections to support enforcement actions.

You may testify in administrative hearings and must understand the MMFLA, MRTMA, MTA, and related rules. Candidates should be prepared to operate in various counties and coordinate with local law enforcement and regulatory

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Experience in regulatory investigations or enforcement is a plus.
• Ability to interpret laws and administrative rules.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct investigations of licensed businesses for MMFLA, MRTMA, MTA, IHRDA and related rules.
• Conduct witness interviews and collect evidence for or against allegations.
• Perform field inspections to assess potential violations.
• May testify in administrative hearings or other legal proceedings.
