Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Quality Technician to perform daily verification and sampling to ensure raw ingredients, materials, packaging, and finished products meet regulatory standards and customer expectations. The role supports audits, maintains records, and drives continuous quality improvements in a GMP environment.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent, experience in regulated industries, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work variable day shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Prior experience in regulated industry (healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods, or cannabis) is highly desired.
• FDA, GMP, SQF and HACCP experience is highly desired.
• Strong experience with product sampling and inspection.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Quality Department and ensures SOPs are followed by all employees.
• Perform incoming inspections of materials and ensure specifications are met.
• Execute in-process and finished product sampling as required.
• Conduct positive release of finished goods with documentation review and records.
• Maintain and file production quality records and assist with non-conformances.
