• Ensuring propagation activities meet plant health, quality, and productivity standards.
• Maintaining METRC tracking and inventory controls in compliance with state regulations.
• Communicating task expectations and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 12 propagation technicians.
• Oversee propagation and mother rooms environmental conditions (light, humidity, temp).
• Maintain mother stock through defoliation, pruning, and cloning techniques.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and state regulations; document activities.
• Monitor plant health and report issues (pests, deficiencies, diseases).
• Track team performance metrics and adjust cultivation strategies.
