Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Technician - Cultivation Propagation to support healthy, high-quality cannabis plants during the propagation stage. You will maintain mother plants, produce clones, and assist early development to ready plants for the next cultivation phase.

Working in a cultivation environment, you will perform daily plant care, monitor conditions, and uphold sanitation and regulatory requirements while following company procedures to sustain productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Understand cannabis plant anatomy, physiology, and growth cycles.
• Maintain mother plants, produce/propagate clones, and support early development.
• Monitor plant health and environmental conditions.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily plant care and monitoring during propagation.
