Job summary

Great White Companies is seeking a dependable Production Assistant in Minnesota to support cannabis manufacturing, packaging, labeling, inventory, and sanitation. The role requires strict adherence to SOPs, accurate documentation, and compliance with Minnesota cannabis regulations.

You will assist with processing, pre-rolls, packaging, and inventory, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment and reporting issues promptly. This is a hands-on production role in a regulated facility.

Qualifications

• Must meet Minnesota requirements for working in a cannabis business.
• Must be at least 21 years old to work in cannabis.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to accurately complete paperwork and production records.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cannabis product manufacturing and processing.
• Assist with pre-roll production (grinding, weighing, filling, rolling, packaging).
• Accurately weigh materials per batch records and SOPs.
• Follow production schedules and SOPs for product prep.
• Monitor product quality and consistency throughout production.
• Report damaged or questionable products immediately.
• Package finished products according to specifications and labels.
• Maintain accurate counts of finished goods and packaging materials.
• Support cannabis inventory tracking and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized production area and follow safety rules.
