Job summary

Standard Wellness in Gibsonburg, OH, is seeking a Packaging Associate to accurately package and label cannabis products for distribution. You will work with the Post-Harvest and Quality teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance throughout packaging operations.

The role requires strong attention to detail, basic math and data-entry skills, and the ability to stand for long periods. Evening, weekend, or holiday shifts may be required; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must meet all background and licensing requirements as set by the Department of Commerce.

Responsibilities

• Package and label cannabis products in accordance with SOPs and state regulations.
• Operate and maintain packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Verify product weights, counts, and labeling accuracy before final packaging.
• Prepare finished goods for shipment, including boxing, sealing, and palletizing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area, tools, and equipment.
• Follow GMP and GHP compliance procedures and report any discrepancies.
