Qualifications

• Associate or 4-year degree in biology, chemistry, or physics preferred.
• Prior production laboratory experience preferred.
• Prior experience working in regulated environments preferred.
• Prior cannabis extraction experience desirable.
• Basic math skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA guidelines for dealing with hazardous chemicals.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare laboratory equipment and cannabis plant materials for extraction.
• Operate extraction equipment in accordance with SOPs.
• Process cannabis concentrates and extracts.
• Deliver on production goals, while maintaining safety and quality.
• Produce product per recipes and SOPs, maintaining high quality standards.
• Clean and maintain extraction equipment and laboratory facilities.
• Store supplies and dispose of waste according to guidelines, keeping areas sanitary.
• Wash and sterilize laboratory glassware.
• Monitor production line and collect samples for analysis.
• Follow SOPs to meet GLP and GMP compliance.
• Record data in lab notebooks, databases, and test reports.
