BeLeaf Medical, home to Swade Dispensaries in Missouri, is seeking a Budtender (Product Specialist) in Smithville. You’ll greet customers, guide product choices, and share cannabis knowledge to create memorable experiences.

Work with a team of experts, participate in ongoing product training, and help ensure a friendly, compliant dispensary environment. Must be 21+, with a high school diploma and ability to obtain Missouri Agent ID.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume retail or customer service.
• Able to explain cannabis products to customers clearly.
• Must be at least 21 and able to obtain Missouri Agent ID.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide product selections.
• Discuss needs and recommend products, strains and formats.
• Handle sales transactions and keep register balanced.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and close transactions.
• Keep the dispensary clean and on-brand.
• Assist with inventory.
