BeLeaf Medical's Swade dispensary in Overland, Missouri is hiring a Budtender (Product Specialist) to greet customers, guide product selection, and share cannabis knowledge. You will process transactions, maintain privacy, and uphold local regulations while delivering a welcoming, high-quality shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in high-volume retail, customer service, or sales.
• Prior dispensary or cannabis industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an outstanding, welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
• Consult with customers on their needs—asking thoughtful questions, listening carefully, and recommending the right products.
• Share expert product knowledge on cannabis flower, edibles, concentrates, and infused products.
• Process sales transactions quickly and accurately, and keep your assigned cash register balanced.
• Protect customer privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality at all times.
• Use seed-to-sale software and follow purchase limits and all state/local regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training on cannabis concepts, sales techniques, and new products.
• Perform opening and closing duties, attend daily pre-shift meetings, and assist with inventory.
