Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred for customer interactions and POS handling.
• Cannabis knowledge is preferred to educate customers and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide each patient/customer with best-in-class customer service.
• Ensure all forms and paperwork are properly completed.
• Comply with state regulations and company procedures.
• Educate patients/customers on cannabis varieties and products in-store.
• Accurately process and dispense cannabis to customers/patients.
• Stock/restock product; count inventory at designated times.
• Maintain cleanliness of display cases and store.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
