Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience as a Budtender preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain a facility agent card.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Advise patients on suitable cannabis products based on needs and budget.
• Keep abreast of new cannabis products and industry trends.
• Process payments using POS system.
• Keep the store clean and organized.
• Educate patients on safe use of products.
• Weigh, package, and label cannabis products.
• Check IDs to verify legal age and credentials.
• Take inventory and ensure shelves are stocked.
• Complete opening and closing tasks and maintain compliance.
