Job summary

Good Day Farm in Missouri is seeking a Budtender to welcome patients, assist with product selections and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will advise on cannabis products, process payments, and educate patients on safe use while maintaining compliance with state regulations.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work well with team members in a retail setting. Background checks and credentials may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Proven Budtender experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and state agent card.
• Solid knowledge of cannabis strains and their benefits.
• Strong organizational, analytical and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented and communicative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with product selections for a great experience.
• Advise patients on cannabis products based on needs and budgets.
• Process payments using the POS system and maintain accuracy.
• Educate patients on safe use and dosage of products.
• Check IDs and credentials to ensure legal access.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Weigh, package and label cannabis products per regulations.
• Maintain inventory and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Ensure compliance with company and state policies.
