Job summary

TerrAscend is seeking Post-Harvest Technicians to prepare medical cannabis products for distribution in the Trimming and Packaging Departments. You will create and package cannabis flower and pre-rolls, trim and package, and maintain a clean, compliant workspace while following SOPs.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to meet production schedules. Compensation starts at $18 per hour, with comprehensive health coverage and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis.
• Familiarity with warehouse procedures.
• Must have accountability, proactive behavior, and strong attention to detail.
• High level of integrity.
• Must be 21 years of age and willing to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Creation and packaging of medical Cannabis Flower and Pre-Roll products.
• Work efficiently to increase productivity.
• Demonstrate accuracy to promote quality.
• Trimming/manicuring and packaging of cannabis flower for shifts.
• Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and work areas per SOPs.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of trimming/packaging room.
• Inspect cannabis during trim and packaging for quality.
• Adhere to production schedules.
• Weigh and process waste material per regulations.
• Package flower and pre-rolls.
• Label and record inventory data.
• Assist with harvest and curing as needed.
• Ensure daily compliance with policies including state compliance and security protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.
