Job summary

Ayr Wellness in New Jersey is seeking a Post-Harvest Supervisor to oversee harvest, cure, and trim processes, ensure accurate reporting in the state inventory system, and maintain high-quality, seedless cannabis.

You will coordinate leads and technicians, enforce safety audits, manage labor scheduling, and contribute to a positive team environment while complying with state regulations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in post-harvest or cannabis processing.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multi-task with accuracy.
• Strong PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliant environment.
• Must meet age requirements and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe working environment by performing safety audits and corrective actions.
• Audit Leads’ inspection and weighing of cannabis flower and inputs.
• Schedule labor and manage daily adjustments to meet production requirements.
• Maintain quality control for seedless, pest-free cannabis.
• Report mold, pests, or pathogens to the Post-Harvest Manager.
• Assist in hiring and training post-harvest staff.
