Job summary

The role emphasizes safety, compliance with state programs, and maintaining a clean, pest-free product. You’ll lead a team, train staff, schedule shifts, and support continuous improvements in the post-harvest process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred for horticulture/agriculture.
• 1–3 years of experience in post-harvest or production environments.
• Ability to manage a small team and coordinate with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee harvest, destem, weigh, track, and inspect cannabis flower for packaging.
• Audit Leads’ inspection and input data into tracking software and reports.
• Schedule labor and manage daily adjustments to meet production needs.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality controls in the post-harvest area.
• Train and provide feedback to team members; assist hiring as needed.
• Ensure accurate state inventory reporting and compliance with regulations.
