Job summary

AYR Wellness, a publicly traded, multi-state cannabis company with more than 85 dispensaries, seeks a Post Harvest Technician to join our processing team. Responsibilities include hanging, bucking, drying, destemming, and trimming cannabis while maintaining sanitary inventory and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in cannabis/agricultural industry preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out procedures in compliance with industry regulations and Ayr SOPs.
• Cross-train with harvest, drying, trimming, weighing, processing and packaging teams.
• Ensure accurate product tracking, security, and movement procedures.
• Follow control measures to prevent mixing of production components and maintain GMPs.
• Perform QA testing and visual inspections to meet Ayr specifications and patient expectations.
