Job summary

Good Day Farm is seeking a Budtender to greet customers and guide them in selecting cannabis products that meet their needs and budget. You will stay updated on new products and industry trends while processing payments and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience as a Budtender is preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain a state agent card.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to provide a welcoming experience.
• Advise patients on cannabis products based on needs, preferences and budgets.
• Stay informed about new cannabis products and industry trends.
• Process payments using the dispensary POS system.
• Keep the store clean, organized and stocked.
• Educate patients on safe use of products.
• Weigh, package and label products as required.
• Verify age and credentials of patients before entry and purchase.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
