Sunrise Dispensary is seeking a Patient Consultant for a full-time role at its Clinton, Missouri location. You will deliver a personalized, education-driven experience to customers, maintain knowledge of cannabis products and industry trends, and accurately process transactions while ensuring compliance with state regulations and company procedures.

The role requires strong customer service/communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized, education-driven experience for each customer.
• Maintain strong knowledge of cannabis products, effects, and industry trends.
• Accurately process transactions and handle cash in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with all state regulations, security protocols, and company policies.
• Support daily dispensary operations, including cleanliness, organization, and workflow.
• Contribute to team success by meeting performance expectations and maintaining a positive work environment.
