Job summary

Acreage CCF New Jersey, Egg Harbor Township, is hiring a Packaging Technician to hand and machine package cannabis products in a compliant, accurate manner. You will keep precise inventory, uphold quality standards, and maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Eligible candidates should be 21+, have a high school diploma, and 1–2 years in packaging/production; strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of packaging, labeling, and/or production experience strongly preferred.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Proficient verbal and written communication; teamwork essential.

Responsibilities

• Package and label cannabis products by hand or machine following SOPs and regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and measurements per company systems.
• Uphold quality control standards and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Report any compliance or safety concerns promptly.
• Support additional tasks as assigned by leadership to meet business needs.
