Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge.
• Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic cannabis packaging tasks such as labeling, weighing, grinding, crowning, filling, and final packaging.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including packaging department rooms and immediate workspace.
• Perform regular cleaning on work surfaces, tools, and related equipment.
• Follow standard procedures for safety and compliance.
• Report compliance or safety issues to department leadership.
• Contribute to overall safety and maintenance of the workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
