Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of cannabis cultivation and packaging processes is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining product quality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic cannabis packaging tasks such as labeling, weighing, grinding, crowning, filling, and final packaging.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area, following daily cleaning protocols.
• Perform regular cleaning on work surfaces, tools, and related equipment.
• Follow standard procedures for safety and compliance.
