This entry-level position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Starting pay is $20 per hour, with benefits and a supportive team culture at a growing company.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old (18+ in NY).
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn state cannabis laws and regulatory compliance is essential.
• Reliability is a must.
• Meticulous organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
• Proficient in both oral and written communication.
• Computer-savvy with the ability to quickly master new software.
• Able to prioritize tasks in a heavily regulated environment.
• Greenflower or Ganjier Certificate preferred.

Responsabilités

• Package concentrates and flower products with careful attention to weight and quality.
• Attach labels to packages and verify compliance with state regulations.
• Track products and maintain documentation for accountability.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and sanitation in all packaging steps.
• Work well in a team and follow instructions from Lead or Manager.
• Review orders and document packaging progress in the tracking system.
