Job summary

JARS Cannabis in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Packaging Associate to support the preparation and packaging of cannabis products, weighing, recording, packaging, and labeling bulk flower and pre-rolls to exact specifications. This role demands standing for 8 hours, strict adherence to ADHS regulations, accurate inventory checks, and the ability to follow directions while maintaining product quality.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must hold a valid Facility Agent Card with the Arizona Department of Health Services.
Able to stand for at least 8 hours.

Responsibilities

Accurately package and label cannabis flower and pre-rolls by weight as directed.
Maintain a high level of quality and consistency in all packaged products.
Ensure an accurate inventory count and notify management of any discrepancies.
Conduct quality control checks for defects and remove any non-compliant products.
Assist with inventory counts and inform management of low stock levels.
Cross-train and assist in other areas during slow periods.
Adhere to Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) regulations and company policies.
Meet daily packaging quotas while maintaining product integrity.
